About Us: We are a Privately Owned Company Headquartered in Sunnyvale, TX and is currently seeking to hire a Full Time Bilingual Construction Office Assistant to work in our busy fast-paced office with full proper training. We provide Final Clean and Window Treatment Services in Texas.
Duties:
Must be dependable
Ability to work under pressure & in a fast-paced environment.
Works well handling stressful situations
Self Motivated/Self Starter
Strong customer service skills, Englis & Spanish
Verify Contractors Weekly Invoice
Updating and Confirming subcontractors work schedules
Strong customer service skills
Answering phones
Strong verbal communication skills: will be working with subcontractors to find solutions
to their needs/requests
Provide customer service to our clients
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or construction are a plus.

Pay: $39,520 - $43,680 depending on experience
Office Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday
