2. Key Responsibilities:
2.1. Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
2.2. Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and email inquiries.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Provide operational support as needed, such as monitoring inventory and inspecting product quality.
- Shipping and handling: Fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately. Receive and manage incoming packages.
3. Qualifications:
- Language Skills: proficiency in English-Vietnamese or English-Chinese is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping and office management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently in a small office setting.
