AC Wizard is a small, family owned residential heating and A/C company. We have been in business over 20 years and we are hiring for the position of Customer Service/Dispatcher. The duties of this position include scheduling service calls, communicating with technicians, ordering of parts and equipment, tracking maintenance customers, and delivering great customer service. This position will also require weekly on call rotation which consist of after hours phones from 5-7pm Monday-Friday and and weekends.
