A successful Construction Company is hiring a full-time construction office manager.
Summary of Duties:
- Support owners in running the company efficiently.
- Responsibilities include receptionist duties, customer service support, sales staff support, general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing clients and insurance companies, collection calls, project management, pulling permits and HOA compliance, and filing & organizing company documents.
Requirements:
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ultimately a work from home position.
- Warm and friendly personality.
- Team player.
- High school diploma required.
- 3+ years of similar experience.
- Valid ID
Financial Duties:
- Processing payments, billing, payroll.
