Job Overview:
Seeking an analytical mind with excellent organizational skills to join our company and support the Admin Director. Extensive training offered within this role for specific office policies and practices, and you will work closely with a key member of the organization.
The role requires gathering and reviewing invoices for accounts receivable and accounts payable and preparing weekly payments. Adding supplies and materials to the accounting system. Assisting with miscellaneous bookkeeping tasks. Process ongoing and outgoing mail, processing refunds and make bank deposits offsite. The job role also entails filing documentation on behalf the team and making sure company information is accessible.
