Looking for an assistant to help me run my business, mostly remote so you can work from home but will require running some errands or meeting in person on an as needed basis. Must have reliable transportation.
answer phones , schedule appointments while communicating with me about the times, collecting payment by phone mostly but if needed pick up check from customer, take care of paying guys every friday.
I need someone who is willing to take initiative without being reminded of every little thing, and willing to make a phone call after hours if necessary (this isnt often but occasionly) since some customers are not available during the day.
basically I need someone who is interested in their job to help me run a business. I dont mind paying you good as long as you take care of my business.we can discuss payment when we talk.
