Overview:
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to join our team.
We are a small family owned and operated company in business since 1995. We sell, install, and service commercial and residential skylights.
The main tasks of the position include:
- Scheduling leads/customers via phone and email on our CRM, Jobber.
- Making follow-up calls and emails on estimates.
- Sending/creating invoices via our CRM.
- Assist in office sales as customers pick up skylights.
- Sending/creating estimates via our CRM.
- Some filing of completed paperwork.
Skylight knowledge is not required. We will train the right person.
Details:
- 40-hour work week (M-F, 9-5)
- Paid company holidays (9 total)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to read, write and speak fluent English.
- Ability to write professional emails with proper format, punctuation, spelling and grammar.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and intermediate computer skills
- Experience with Jobber or similar CRM would be ideal.
Work Environment:
- Work primarily in a climate-controlled office environment. Physical demands are primarily sedentary, requiring little physical effort. Minimal work with light and medium materials up to 30 pounds.
