Position Summary: English/Spanish speaking Office Assistant is responsible for performing a wide range of office duties.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Managing personal and professional calendar.
Taking messages and responding to queries.
Keeping projects organized and updated in project management system
Data access and organization, schedule review and client updates
Provide consistent communication and updates on all projects
Physical organization or miscellaneous task completion
Perform other duties, as may be assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Ability to focus on tasks in a busy environment, and ability to manage needs while simultaneously staying focused on projects.
Comfortable working in an office.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office preferred.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Knowledge of telephone etiquette and use of office equipment.
Exhibit discretion, good judgment and commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
