Office Manager Real Estate Brokerage and Property Managment

A fast-growing Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management company is looking for an Office Manager in their Frisco office. Compensation commensurate to the experience and skill set.

Not a part-time job.

Not a remote position.

Required Skills:

-Experience in the Real Estate business.

-Experience in any Property Management system, AppFolio will be a huge plus.

-Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office and Google suite.

-Great written and verbal communication.

-Basic understanding of accounting.

-Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate with various parties: homeowners, tenants, contractors, government offices, Brokerage agents, remote teams, and customers.

-Manage company website and social media.

-Drafting of contracts, agreements, notices, and letters.

-Perform Bookkeeping and Accounting activities.

-Organize company events.
