Fun, fast paced real estate office seeking a full-time receptionist/administrative assistant.
Responsibilities include:
*Answering, screening and directing incoming phone calls
*Greeting visitors and clients at the front desk
*Distributing mail and faxes
*Ordering and stocking office supplies
*Keeping office and kitchen clean
*Preparing monthly phone and training calendars
*Scheduling sponsors for meetings and training classes
*Communicating daily office updates, trainings and events through email office news
*Assisting with set up of meetings and trainings
*Processing vendor invoices and entering in system
*Maintaining affiliate files and keep current
*Assisting staff with other administrative functions
Qualifications:
*Excellent communication and organizational skills
*Cheerful and upbeat personality
*Must have a great phone voice
*Great people skills as well as a customer service mentality, team player
*Able to work independently, punctuality a must
*Must be creative and self-motivated
*Must be proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
Office hours are 8:00-5:00, Monday thru Friday, with no overtime or weekends. Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus. Please submit resume with salary requirements.
