Full Time Position
Pay: 15-19 hr. + Overtime When Needed (NEGOTIABLE UPON EXPERIENCE)

Job Description:
This position requires the assistant to provide support to the management staff as well as maintain daily office responsibilities. Duties include but are not limited to; data entry, entering bills, invoices, customer service, answer the phone, filing, general clerical duties , & etc.
The candidate must possess great organizational skills, be detail oriented, and be able to work independently or with team. We are a small but growing business that needs an individual who is punctual, reliable, and has a desire to work and improve processes where needed.
We are seeking an individual who is motivated and interested in committing to a long term relationship with our company.
Requirements:
High school Diploma
QuickBooks ( Will Train )
Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask
Good people skills
Reliable transportation
