Job Summary
The Warehouse Office Assistant provides essential support in warehouse and office operations, contributing to the efficient handling, organization, and shipment of products.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, scan, label, and verify PBI wholesale shipping, drop-ship orders, and e-commerce packages.
- Receive shipments, including unloading trucks and trailers promptly and accurately.
- Ensure pallets are correctly loaded onto the appropriate trucks and completed on schedule.
- Assist will-call customers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate and communicate with supervisors regarding shipments and receipts of products.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment in docks, warehouse, and work areas.
- Perform other warehouse and office-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Basic math skills.
- Strong desire to learn and contribute as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for acquiring new skills.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds without assistance.
