Realtor must have an active Texas Real Estate License.
Realtor will be expected to meet our client at an Apartment Complex and escort our client on apartment complex tours with the Leasing Agent.
Realtor will be expected to make two to three follow-up calls to our client toward a new lease signing.
Realtor is expected to have a warm and friendly personality with a customer service attitude.
Compensation is $60 per apartment visit and $60 bonus for new lease signing.
Realtor has potential to earn over $120 per hour.
Realtor is expected to have a Professional Appearance with Business Casual attire.
