We are looking for an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician located in Fort Worth
Qualifications:
Must have 3 years experience or more as Lead Technician
Must have valid Drivers License
HVAC Certified
CPO Certified
Performing routine maintenance around the building
Repairing broken or leaking plumbing
Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs
Maintaining HVAC equipment
Applying preventative measures to reduce the risk of future problems
Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
Complete Service Requests
Helping with Grounds and Make Readies
