Remote Real Estate Acquisition Agent
We are a Real Estate Investment Firm that purchases distressed properties for cash. We are seeking an Acquisition Agent to assist with completing more transactions. This is a commission-based position.
The Acquisition Agent works directly with the home seller to understand their current situation and find the best possible solution for helping them sell their home quickly without going through the traditional listing process. The Acquisition agent is supplied warm, pre-screened leads while also making calls to potential sellers with a home that fits our criteria. Makes several calls to potential clients each week. A successful candidate will show up to the office each day ready to attack their goals, grow as a person and dominate the house buying industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage potential sellers over the phone, gather pertinent information needed to prepare a comparative market analysis on their property and schedule an in-person appointment to walk the property.
Examine property condition by estimating required repairs and updates needed for the home to be competitive in that market, also known as determining the After Repair Value or ARV of the home.
Present offers to sellers and explain benefits of completing the transaction.
Use negotiation skills to obtain the best possible deal for all parties involved in the transaction.
Overcome objections by communicating all aspects of the deal in a truthful and positive manner.
Provide detailed information about all properties under contract in the company’s CRM for the Dispositions Agent to create a quality advertisement of the property.
Continuous and rigorous follow up with calls, texts and emails in the CRM system
Improve sales knowledge through on-going sales and customer service training
Training, Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience:
Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, in person and over the phone
Ability to quickly gain trust and build meaningful relationships with clients
1-year minimum real estate acquisition experience strongly preferred
Great organization and time management skills for self and others
Ability to work independently and maintain self-motivation to fill time with value adding tasks
Ability to maintain professional composure in high pressure situations
Knowledge of running comps to analyze property values
Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, strongly preferred
Compensation and Schedule:
Open schedule ability to work 8AM-8PM Monday-Saturday and 12PM-8PM Sunday
Competitive Commission and Bonus Structure
