Position Overview:
As our Full-Time In-House Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of our brand across digital platforms. You'll be on-site capturing the process of building custom homes, creating engaging content, and developing digital marketing strategies that resonate with our audience. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a creative, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Editing: Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos on-site to showcase the progress and craftsmanship of our custom homes.
- Creative Ideation: Develop and pitch new content ideas that align with our brand’s vision and engage our target audience.
- Campaign Development: Formulate and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more to drive brand awareness and interest in our homes.
- Storytelling: Document the journey of each home from concept to completion, creating compelling narratives that highlight our attention to detail and dedication to quality.
- Digital Marketing: Create additional digital marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns to complement social media efforts.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize future content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate, construction, or design industries.
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and content editing.
- Exceptional storytelling ability with a portfolio showcasing your work.
