We are currently seeking a highly qualified, experienced, assistant property manager for a 144-unit senior apartment community in Lancaster, Texas 75146. This is an LIHTC development. Additionally, a minimum of 1 year onsite management experience is required. Candidates must be poised, professional, polished, and have strong communication skills. Candidate must have the temperament to multitask and interact with multiple entities. Knowledge of RealPage OneSite is preferred.
This position offers an excellent compensation package for the right candidate, including move-in and renewal leasing bonuses. Position qualifies for two weeks of accrued vacation and one week of accrued sick time. The hourly rate will be based on a candidates experience, education, and certifications.
