Job Responsibilities
Engage in consultative sales of Commercial Insurance.
Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client queries regarding their insurance policies.
Leverage company-provided leads to attract and onboard new clients.
Participate in professional development opportunities to obtain industry-specific designations.
Requirements
3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in commercial lines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and solve problems.
P&C insurance license
Working Conditions
Our in-office work setting in Burleson, Texas promotes a collaborative, supportive environment. We offer flexibility with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, no weekends.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding our employees' hard work and dedication. The compensation for this role is an income ranging from $62,500 to $112,500 annually. In addition, performance-based incentive compensation is available for discussion during the interview process.
