Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to assist our sales efforts in securing new accounts and managing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a passion for building partnerships with property managers and owners, and the ability to grow our business in the commercial laundry industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new accounts with multi-family properties (apartments, RV parks, college dorms, hotels, etc.).
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial laundry market.
- Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and maintenance of Speed Queen equipment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to refine strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure all sales activities align with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
3-5+years of B2B sales experience.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide sales reps.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Ability to travel (locally) as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working as a vendor in the multi-family industry or in the commercial laundry industry.
Proven success in securing and managing accounts in commercial laundry, multi-family, or a related industry.
Knowledge of Speed Queen equipment or similar commercial laundry solutions.
Understanding of modern payment systems (e.g., credit card readers) in laundry applications.
