We’re looking for motivated Appointment Setters and Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team and help homeowners discover our top-tier roofing and solar solutions, including CertainTeed Solstice Solar Shingles, Tesla Solar Roof, and traditional solar panels.

Job Description
Appointment Setters: Engage with homeowners to generate leads and schedule consultations for our roofing and solar services. Perfect for individuals who enjoy talking to people and building connections.
Door-to-Door Sales Representatives: Present our roofing and solar solutions directly to homeowners, close deals, and work with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Ideal for driven individuals with sales experience or a desire to learn.
What You’ll Do:
Knock on doors in targeted DFW neighborhoods to promote roofing and solar solutions.
Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and durable roofing systems.
Set appointments for free consultations or close sales on the spot.
Follow up with leads and maintain a positive, professional attitude.

Suggested Pay Structure
Door-to-Door Sales Representatives:
Commission- 5-10% commission on closed sales (average deal size: $25,000 for Shingled Roof, $40,000 for solar panels, $60,000 for CertainTeed Solstice, $250,000 for Tesla Solar Roof).
Commission paid out weekly. (2% paid for signed contacts, balance paid at completion of project)
Example: Closing a $60,000 CertainTeed Solstice system = $3,000-6,000 commission.
Performance Bonus: $500 bonus for every 3 deals closed in a month.
Average Earnings: $1,500-$5,000/week for top performers (based on 2-3 closes/month).
Additional Incentives:
Monthly top performer bonus: $1,000 for the highest number of appointments set or deals closed.
Requirements
Reliable transportation to travel within DFW metroplex.
Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Door to Door sales experience a plus
Must be comfortable with door-to-door engagement and outdoor work.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
