About the Role
As Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning business development with client success. You’ll be the bridge between strategic goals and operational execution, ensuring that customers receive the care and expertise they expect from PondMedics.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Build relationships with clients, especially in the engineering sector.
- Proposals and Estimating: Craft tailored solutions that deliver results.
- Pipeline Management: Keep opportunities moving toward successful outcomes.
- Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales and operational targets.
- Team Leadership: Empower team members through clear communication, effective delegation, and regular feedback.
Your Background
While an engineering background is not required, experience in sales or business development within the engineering or related sectors will set you apart. Strong interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and a proven ability to build trust with clients are essential. Must have Municipal Public Works, Civil Engineering Firm, Stormwater Manager relationships. Local to DFW, statewide, or national. You are known by Engineers and Cities as the person to get products or services specified for project approval. You are trusted and respected for your opinion and the solutions you bring. You possess the network and skills to help us get a foot in the door with civil engineers and municipalities.
