Top Dallas Agent Needs Appointment Setter (ISA)
Currently I am looking for someone to bring on as an ISA. Our currently lead flow is overwhelming and am in need of someone who is able to make calls throughout the day. These are warm leads who have inquired about a property and are looking to schedule a showing or book a listing appointment. We use Follow Up Boss as our CRM so if you are familiar with that that's a plus but not necessary. Currently we are receiving about 5-10 new leads per day plus follow up from previous leads and scheduling. All you will be required to do is call, text and email through the CRM. Get a hold of the lead and ask some general information and when they would like to schedule an appointment. You will then schedule it on my master calendar and I take it from there. The only other thing would be to follow up with the lead on the day of the appointment to confirm the meeting still. This just maximizes efficiency. This position is remote, but would like you to be in the DFW general area to meet occasionally for in person meetings. I will provide training on everything you will need and use to be successful.
I am open to a few different pay structures with this position. We can talk about this during the interview process.

Qualities I am looking for:
- English speaking, if you know Spanish or Hindi that's a plus.
- Well organized
- Ability to learn new software/tech/online systems
- Ability to speak to people on the phone and guide a professional conversation.
- Ability to work without someone constantly checking in on you once trained.
- Honest and hardworking
