What you'll earn:

- Generous commission structure on every closed deal

Target market:

- Auto dealerships (sales, service, parts)

- Local service businesses (HVAC, roofing, repair shops, equipment dealers)

- Retail and appointment-based businesses

- Any business that wants to automate lead follow-up and customer engagement

What You'll Do

- Prospect and close deals with SMBs and mid-market companies across multiple verticals

- Generate your own leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, industry events, and referrals

- Run product demos showcasing how PersonaX transforms customer engagement

- Educate prospects on the ROI of AI-powered lead follow-up and booking automation

- Build long-term relationships with clients and generate referrals

- Own your pipeline from initial contact to signed contract

- Work directly with the founding team to refine sales messaging and positioning

You're a Great Fit If You:

- Are comfortable with 100% commission-based comp and thrive in performance-driven environments

- Are self-motivated, organized, and don't need hand-holding to hit quota

- Can explain technical products in simple, business-outcome language

- Have experience selling to dealerships, local businesses, or service industries (bonus, not required)

- Are excited about AI and can speak confidently about how it transforms businesses

- Have strong communication skills and can run compelling product demos

- Are coachable and willing to iterate on sales strategies in a fast-moving startup

Tools You'll Use

- CRM: You'll help us define our sales process (we're early-stage, so you'll have input)

- Demo Environment: Full access to our live platform for demos

- Marketing Support: We'll provide demo scripts, case studies, and pitch decks

- Slack/Video Calls: Direct access to the founding team for technical questions and deal support

You're also scrappy. This is an early-stage startup. We're not handing you 10,000 warm leads. You'll generate your own pipeline, refine your pitch, and own your success. But if you do that well, you'll make great money and have a real impact on a fast-growing company.
