Desktop Support Technician – MSP / IT Service & Support Company
Our growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) has an immediate opening for an experienced Desktop Support Technician. This is a full-time position offering both on-premises and remote work opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Provide desktop and end-user support for Windows 10 and 11 environments
Assist with Microsoft Server and Office 365 administration and troubleshooting
Support clients both remotely and onsite as needed
Deliver high-quality technical service in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements:
Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Server, and Office 365
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous MSP experience is a plus
