The Arts Apartments at Broadway Commons in Garland, TX has an immediate need for a Groundskeeper/Porter
Duties:
General landscape - cutting grass in patio areas, watering plants, trimming and leaf blowing
Emptying all common area trash cans
Trash outs and some painting
Pressure washing
Changing locks
Delivering notices
