Hiring: 1 Chimney Sweep / Technician (in D/FW area)

We're a mid-size company that has serviced customers in D/FW since 1980 and are looking to bring 1 new chimney technician onto the team for inspections, sweeps, installs and repairs. Our office is based here in Dallas, TX.
Looking for:
An individual who is hands-on, a people person, self-managing, looking for stable, long-term employment, has a valid DL and no felonies on background. Tattoos are OK.
Hours: 40 Hours, M-F, and some Saturdays during busy season (Fall/Winter).
Compensation: $18-19, depending on previous and relevant experience. Plus, commissions and bonuses after trained and on your own. Some employee commissions are significant.
Training: We will provide you with all training, under one of our experienced technicians. Then, you'll receive company equipment and vehicle, after training period.
Note:
The owner has run the business for 40 years and takes care of the team, year round. You'll be provided with the right tools, the right training, proper skills and a worthwhile livelihood. Our average employee retention is 12+ years.
