The EMS Technician in this position will:
Monitor building mechanical systems through automation software. Making adjustment/repair as required.
Respond to hot/cold calls by verifying actual temperature, operation of automation software and hardware, and operation of mechanical equipment. Making adjustments/repairs as required.
Troubleshoot and audit controllers, and devices configuration (Inet software and hardware, Vista software and hardware, EcoStruxure software and hardware)
Assist with Energy Management System projects.
All other duties assigned including, but not limited to, minor Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing repair.
This position is considered to be essential personnel, and may require working overtime, which could include nights and weekends as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Five years' of experience in maintenance/repair or related field; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
