HERE’S WHAT WE PROMISE OUR TECHS
✓ GOOD PAY AND BENEFITS- We offer a pay plan that includes performance-based bonuses so when the shop does better, you do better! Our pay ranges from $81K - $100K per year and we also offer Health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield, we pay for half (50%) of the employee’s insurance. Dental insurance is paid, and Vision is available. IRA with 3% company match. ST/LT disability + Life insurance are also available.
✓ WORK LIFE BALANCE (GET YOUR LIFE BACK!)– We believe that people need their time to recharge, and we’re committed to you being happy inside and outside of the shop. We offer a five-day work week (NO WEEKENDS), holiday pay, paid time off and some flexibility in advanced scheduling so you can take time off when you need to and spend time doing the things you love with the people you care for.
✓ HEAT AND AC! – We keep the shop at 68-72 degrees in the winter. For the Summer we use a 25-ton AC Unit that pulls the humidity out of the air and keeps it at 75 degrees. It feels great in the summer!
✓ WE WILL KEEP YOUR HANDS BUSY – We're a growing business with aggressive expansion plans. We have a growing base of awesome customers that care about their cars and aren’t afraid to keep their vehicles highly maintained. We invest in year-round marketing campaigns and maintain deep roots in the community that keep the work flowing in. This allows us to offer you job security and plenty of work so you can stay busy and kick butt!

✓ FULL BREAK ROOM - With TV/PC/ refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, toaster, sink, utensils, plates, snacks, drinks, nice chairs and tables. Plus, earned lunches with team goals being met.
✓ TECHS GET 2 BAYS EACH - We have 10 AC + heated bays plus an 11th bay for our ADAS system.
✓ MONTHLY TOOL BONUS - Up to $300.00 for each tech when team goals are reached.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Craig’s Car Care is currently looking for an experienced AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN/MECHANIC to add to our growing team. The ideal candidates would have 5+ years under their belt working in a professional auto repair business. They would be good at diagnosing electrical issues, drivability and A/C repair.
