A property management company is looking for a general maintenance manager in Old East Dallas who can both do repair, make ready and simple remodel work such as replacing floor, cabinets or bathroom tiles, bathtub etc. The manager will also supervise a crew of 2 or 3 other maintenance workers and take orders and communicate with property managers and tenants.
This is a full time position. Need at least 10 years handyman or remodeling experience with expert level plumbing and electrical repair and maintenance knowledge and general remodeling skills. Please email with your resume first. Application without a resume won't be considered or answered.
