We're seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as an Installation Helper. As an entry-level position, this role offers opportunities for quick growth and development.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No holidays - Possible weekends (rarely)
Hiring Process:
Our three-step hiring process ensures we find the right fit for our team:
Office interview with our Operations Manager
Working interview in the field (up to 1 day)
Final interview with our Owner
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to use general tools
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Punctual, reliable, and responsible
Excellent communication skills,
Valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective English communication skills
Ability to work in changing climate conditions and moderate noise levels
Responsibilities:
Assist installation teams with various tasks
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Use cleaning equipment to maintain a clean work environment
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
