Architectural Millwork and Cabinet Manufacturer has immediate openings for qualified individuals with experience in Cabinet Making, CAD Drafting, and Installation. We have been blessed with over 2 years of Architectural Millwork and Cabinetry. Craigslist has helped us find some really well trained and qualified people. Fortunately many are still here and unfortunately some have chosen other paths due to the wrong trade and or other opportunities they feel they could not pass up. Whatever the case we wish them well.
We still need people, but only want those who are skilled in the trades listed in this ad. We are looking for aggressive qualified individuals with a love for this type of work and unsurpassed quality. Also in need of really good and well experienced project managers that understand this business and take ownership in the projects they manage, and do not mind jumping in to help get the job done whether it's helping to load and unload a truck, search for products and materials, cleaning a job site, picking up a piece of upside down laminate on the shop floor, and so on.
I'm 60, been doing this since I was 16, paid my dues, and still do all the things necessary to get the job done, and it's not because I own the company. I expect nothing less from the people I hire. If you are looking for a cushion job and feel you have also paid your dues so it's time to slow down, don't apply to work here. I'm interested in a non smoker who does not talk nasty, curse every other word, talk down to people, treat people like garbage, or thinks he or she is too good to work while at the same time holds people accountable, and is aggressive in getting things done. I am a Christian, and very aggressive. Some people make the mistake and think because I am a Christian I will allow almost anything and therefore be easy on people. It's just the opposite. God commands us to do our work for him. If you work here you will work for him, not me, however he put me in charge of his company and it is my responsibility to take care of it with his help. So, if you are aggressive, know what you are doing and actually want to do it, then you will make this company happy and this company will reward you. If you are a drafter, engineer, have an interior Architectural mindset, etc we need drafters to draw shop drawings for the home interiors we produce.
