KP Staffing is hiring Fitters for a company that builds custom steel forms such as highway bar signs, poles, and cellphone towers.
Fitters will be responsible for reading/interpreting blueprints, assembling components so they are ready for installation, and performing some MIG welding methods depending on projects.
Schedule
1st Shift – 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Mon- Friday and Saturday – Sunday as needed
2nd Shift – 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Mon- Friday and Saturday – Sunday as needed(They will be starting this shift in September)
40-55 hours per week!
Pay Rate and Benefits
Starting salary is $18.00/HR to $25/HR.
Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, PTO and 401K with matching.
Job Requirements for Fitters.
Must have fit-up experience.
Must be able to read blueprints and schematics
Must be able to operate standard fabrication tools (grinders, torches, levels, etc.)
An understanding of welding terms is preferred.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
