Diesel Mechanic, Night Shift, Wednesday to Saturday, 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Bancroft & Sons Transportation is a family-owned company with a strong reputation in the trucking industry. We are hiring an experienced Diesel Mechanic for our night crew in Grand Prairie, TX. You will work in a clean, well-lit 4-bay shop with a solid maintenance team and modern, well-maintained equipment, not junk.
Schedule
Wednesday to Saturday, 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM
What You Will Do
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on Class 8 tractors and trailers
Troubleshoot engine, electrical, brake, and A/C issues
Maintain accurate service records and work orders
Keep the fleet running safely and efficiently
What You Need
2+ years of diesel mechanic experience, Class 8 preferred
Own tools
Ability to work independently on the night shift
Strong understanding of fleet maintenance standards
Must be able to pass a drug test
