We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join our team. will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
- Manage project schedules, Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports and documentation of any changes or deviations from the original plans
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent, Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
