Set up the client and contract accurately in the accounting system to ensure that all relevant details are captured, including payment terms, billing frequency, and any specific conditions outlined in the contract relevant to invoicing
Review contracts
Billing/invoicing
Post and reconcile batches
Generate and revise purchase orders
Requirements
Analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy
Knowledgeable of QuickBooks ERP systems
3+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable
