Job Description:
Ongoing maintenance, repair, and improvement of ranch facilities, and land.
Working hours are Tuesday-Friday, 8:00-6:00 with one hour lunch
Job includes limited property accommodations.
Job location is a small ranch near Rocksprings, Texas approximately 140 miles from San Antonio and 80 miles from Del Rio.
Requirements:
Must have a strong, honest conservative work ethic.
Must be highly responsible, least 50 years old and a US Citizen
Must have at least 5 years of basic electrical, plumbing, painting, landscaping, and carpentry experience and have tools.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle with up to date insurance and pass drug and background checks.
Able to use chainsaws, welder and operate a skid steer is a plus.
