Make an extraordinary impact.The Network Services Assistant provides a line of communication between the medical community, subscribers/members, clients and the Company. Responds to calls from all parties relating to contract administration, pre-authorization, and benefit clarification. How you will make an impact: Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information, documents information, activities, and changes in the database. Ensures appropriate guidelines are applied. Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions or direction to appropriate resource person. Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Provides external and internal customers with requested information. Receives telephone calls and answers routine questions. Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting. Refers more complex inquiries and intakes to more senior level Provider Relations Representatives.
