DInner Rush drivers earn the standard split wage. Usual shifts are usually between 4pm - 9pm with varying start and end times.  Late drivers are usually 4pm - midnight, also with varying start and end times.  Closing Driver - The closing driver is paid at a higher rate and has more in store tasks at the end of the day.  They help with the dishes and cleaning the store.  You do not need to be the closing driver every day you work, but to receive the higher pay rate you must close a minimum of two nights per week.  You can usually be the late driver for your other shifts.
