About Us:
Horizone Construction specializes in commercial and civil engineering projects. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Superintendent to join our team and oversee field operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee construction projects from start to finish
Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed on schedule
Coordinate and schedule vendors and material deliveries
Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site
Submit daily reports and maintain project documentation
Communicate updates and expectations to the crew
Problem-solve and address construction challenges as they arise
Interpret plans and specifications to guide the team
Provide leadership and direction to construction crews and subcontractors
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project supervision
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
Punctual and reliable with the ability to work independently
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering is not required but encouraged
