Description Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in both [language 1] and [language 2].
Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and patience.
Document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate records in the CRM system.
Follow up on open customer issues, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide product and service information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain information to customers in both languages.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional while handling challenging customer interactions.
Proficient in using computers and customer service software (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in a bilingual customer service role is a plus.
Experience with [specific industry, e.g., retail, healthcare, technology] customer service.
Familiarity with [CRM software or other tools specific to your company].
