CRD Careers has partnered with a leader in the Paper, Packaging, and Containers industry to identify an Outside Sales Representative who will drive growth by developing and maintaining relationships across diverse industries.About the RoleAs an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering customized packaging solutions to businesses. You will focus on building new client partnerships while maintaining existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and sustained sales growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to target new business within the assigned territory.Sell a comprehensive range of packaging products and equipment, including both custom and stock solutions.Meet and exceed sales quotas by identifying opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals.Conduct regular client visits to foster strong relationships, identify needs, and provide value-driven solutions.Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations, supply chain) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on packaging solutions, advising clients on cost-saving and efficiency improvements.Stay current with industry trends, new products, and competitive landscape.Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in the CRM system.
