MUST BE AN EXPERIENCED LINE/GRILL COOK
Prep Cook and other essential duties are equally shared by all team members, dishwashing, Pantry and trash removal are equally important and shared by all team members
Presents well-groomed represents self and hotel
Work 5 days Off 2 days
Varied shifts; days, nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
Arrives before scheduled shift
Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods
Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
Knowledge of safety procedures, including safe temperatures at which ingredients must be kept and to which food must be prepared to avoid foodborne illness
Maintain a professional relationship with all supervisors, coworkers, vendors and customers
Ability to reach, bend stoop, push and/or pull and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
This is a full service restaurant-come prepared to work
Food Handlers Certification Card is Required
