El Paso Trucking Solutions LLC is looking for a bilingual individual for a full time position as a customer service clerk.
We are a local company that offers support to local and out of state trucking companies. We deal with several local, state and federal agencies. We are looking for the following skills in potential candidates:
One year customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel and Adobe Acrobat
Attention to detail, time management and multi-tasking skills
Excellent communication, verbal, written and customer service skills.
Manage general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
We offer a firm schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. No weekends.
