What we do for our New Hire's:
We will train you the skill of cutting keys
We will train you to be knowledgeable in identifying all types of keys
We will train you to how to use our key cutting equipment
We will train you to use our car key programming equipment
We also provide other services inside our store, and you will also be trained to provide those services
We provide unforms at no cost to employee's
We provide competitive compensation, pay raises, bonuses and plenty of employee perks
Work Schedule Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00p, and Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm.
Who we are looking for:
A candidate who has proper phone etiquette and experience answering business phone lines answering questions and accepting job requests
A candidate with customer service skills. One year minimum experience
A team player and/or leader. A go-getter
Someone who is willing to get their hands dirty and work with tools
Have the ability to lift as much as 50lbs
Must Be Bilingual in English and Spanish. This is due to our Spanish speaking community.
A candidate who wants to learn this industry
A candidate who is honest with good integrity
A hard worker and one who doesn't give up
Punctual to work
Clean and Drug Free
Willing to accept any assignment and available work any schedule as management deems necessary
