We are looking for bath installers with knowledge of Residential Baths, Tile, and Walk in Tubs. Our workload is increasing, and we need skilled contractors who will show up to work. This position is paid as a 1099 contractor.
Our bathroom installers make a percentage off the full contract amount. Bath installers make an average of $100,000-$250,000 per year. We supply all the materials for the job, but we also have product reimbursement. We also pay mileage over 100 miles round-trip.
Requirements:
Be reliable, knowledgeable, and have integrity.
Be experienced and have work history for shower tile and walls, full size acrylic panel installation, along with plumbing experience.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have insurance.
Responsibilities:
Bathroom remodels; shower and tub installations, tile, plumbing, etc.
Communicate with management at the end of the installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
Complete job checklists with homeowner at completion. Upload completion documents to Slack using your smartphone.
Bilingual a plus.
