Experienced Turf Installer / Concrete Finisher – Full-Time (El Paso)

We are a fast-growing landscape construction company in El Paso, and we’re looking for an experienced Turf Installer / Concrete Finisher to join our team.
This is not an entry-level position. We need someone with proven skills in pouring and finishing concrete as well as installing artificial grass. If you're a dependable worker who takes pride in quality and can help train others, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Installing artificial turf, including demo, base prep, layout, and seaming
Pouring and finishing concrete pads, mow strips, curbs, and slabs
Leading or supporting a 2–3 person crew on job sites
Operating compactors, power tools, and Bobcat S70
Reading scopes of work and ensuring proper grade, slope, and drainage
Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
Training and mentoring less experienced crew members
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of hands-on concrete finishing experience
Experience installing artificial turf (not just landscape labor)
Strong attention to detail and a high-quality finish
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Reliable transportation and solid work ethic
