We’re a growing landscape construction company in El Paso, and we’re hiring a lead installer / working foreman who can take charge on-site and help us deliver high-quality turf, rock, and concrete work.
This is a full-time, long-term position with real growth opportunity. We need someone who knows how to get a job done right and can lead a small crew from start to finish.
✅ What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading a 2-3 man crew through turf installs, excavation, rock, and concrete work
Operating compactors and a Bobcat S70
Pouring slabs, setting pavers, and light stamped concrete
Helping install pergolas or fences as needed
Keeping the jobsite clean, organized, and professional
Reporting to our office team and helping train the crew
