You may have items that you are not fully experienced with and that can be discussed and determined if it’s an issue. But should have knowledge on all the items listed below.

- Roofing: TPO/ Hot mop/ Tile/ Reroof /New Roof /Shingle/ Metal
- All Types of Concrete

- Maintenance up keep

We do require that you have your Basic tools. Any additional tools is a plus. As well as reliable transportation
