Job Summary

First American is looking for a fun, energetic, and passionate Technical Product Manager to join our Business Technology Solutions Division at the Corporate campus in Santa Ana, CA. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in the digital transformation of a large enterprise!

Job Summary

You will join a team of Product Managers working on an enterprise API that serves a diverse range of internal customers. You will be responsible for your squad's strategy and execution including stakeholder communication, objectives, prioritization, and optimization. You've got to be a quick study and become an expert on your customer, their industries, and your product domain. Most of all, you'll be encouraged to learn quickly, make mistakes, develop solutions in a cross-functional team, and make big contributions!

This position has the opportunity to be remote.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and deploy your squad's strategy, getting buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Conduct workshops to build empathy, understand customer needs, and validate hypotheses.
  • Build strong relationships with our partners.
  • Convert our Product Vision into tactical plan and execute well.
  • Drive customer feedback loops throughout the product development process.
  • Create context with User Story Mapping and User Journey Mapping.
  • Analyze and understand API usage metrics to identify optimizations.
  • Write clear, well thought out development stories for an Agile development team.
  • Provide quality assurance and usability feedback on development builds.
  • Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.


Desired Experience
  • 4-8 years in Product Management or related role creating valuable new products or features that align with a product/company vision.
