Application Development Manager

Job DescriptionAs an IT Production Support Engineer, you will beresponsible for monitoring system and application health as it relates to status reporting, system upgrades and patching, and corrective action management. You will ensure systems and applications are working properly and address any related to desktop builds, handheld and printer support. This support will entail troubleshooting configurations but will not include hardware. You will also lead the documentation processes for disaster recovery efforts. You will implement code once it has been developed by partnering with the team developers.This is not a developer position.As part of the Production Support Team, you willprovide creative solutions in the healthcare field related todevelopment and support of applications for automateddispensing technology. You will act as a liaison betweenCVS Health, company pharmacies, and vendors.This position will be located at a newer facility in FlowerMound, TX and will require participation in a rotating 24/7 On-Call support.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 90,000Maximum: 180,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience working in a production supportenvironment, including user support, hardware support, and technical support of IT/Business procedures. 5+ years of experience with a combination of the following: o SQL Server o Maria DB o Windows Server o Linux o Oracle 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a production pharmacy environment. Healthcare or Patient Benefits Management (PBM) experience.
